We offer professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. Our services are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.
Clients are expected to make payments upon receipt of the invoice. Payments can be made via credit card or direct bank transfers. Failure to settle payments within the specified period may result in service suspension.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not provided.
27 Pro Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury during the provision of services unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are responsible for securing their personal items during cleaning.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal actions will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Orlando, FL.
